Florida High Speed Internet completes acquisition of Joytel Wireless Communications

Florida High Speed Internet, a leading Florida internet service provider, today announced its acquisition of Joytel Wireless Communications, a Northeastern Florida internet and data connectivity provider for enterprise, county and municipal customers. The addition of Joytel enables Florida High Speed Internet to continue its network expansion in Duval, St. Johns and Flagler counties and to offer additional services to the existing Joytel customers.

The existing Joytel customers can now obtain SIP and VoIP telephone services in addition to MPLS, Metro-E and VPLS services. Under Florida High Speed Internet, Joytel will become the Northeast Florida division with a focus on continuing to deliver quality and value as an alternative to the incumbent cable and telephone carriers. Both divisions will support Florida High Speed Internet's mission to give businesses, counties and municipalities the highest quality services at the best value.
